For a leader, his indefinite resource is his people. He has sincerity and faith in other's potentials. He opens his mind and listen to others's opinions. Gradually others recognize his sincerity and pecome part of a creative problem-solving process. That leader, therefore, is trusted, respected, honored, and followed by his teammates.
